Lenexa is one of the most dog friendly cities in the metro. They not only have a very good, breed neutral dangerous dog law, Lenexa is also home to the largest off-leash dog park in the metro. We can't get give anyone four paws here, because they have never really had to fight against bad policies. On the more positive note, because they are a great group of government leaders, they've never had to fight against bad public policy. ACO Jennifer Dorr is also excellent at understanding that bad dogs stem from bad owners.
